From a seated position, lean back holding your tummy strong and keeping your black flat. You can reach your arms out or hold behind your knees for a little support.
This pose is great for the core. It can be a challenging pose because it requires balance and a lot of muscle. This challenging pose has many benefits including focus and concentration. Staying in the pose a little longer can really bring warmth and energy to the stomach muscles so stay for a song and a few extra breaths.
Pretend you're in a real rowboat, rowing down the river. We can sing "Row, Row, Row Your Boat". Look out into the water, do you see anything that lives in the river?
