With your feet planted and your legs strong, pretend you are sitting down in an invisible chair. Stay in the pose for at least two deep breaths.
This pose is great for leg strength, balance, and even your core. It can be challenging for kids and adults too so easing into it, is best. Since this is a challenging pose, one of the benefits is focus and concentration.
Pretend you're sitting in a real chair. Can you sit in a really little chair without falling down? Can you twist in your chair or reach your arms up high?
